Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ARC Peptides USA website, arcpeptidesusa.com (the “Site”), and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Research Use Only

Every product sold on this Site is intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes. Products are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or consumer products of any kind, and are not approved for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or create an account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are responsible for ensuring that purchasing and possessing these products is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts

You may create an account, or check out as a guest. If you create an account, you’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. 4. Products, Pricing & Certificates of Analysis

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for third-party purity and identity testing are published and searchable on our COA directory. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, limit order quantities, and modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

5. Orders & Payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. We accept the payment methods presented at checkout. Orders paid by Venmo or Cash App are held as “on hold” until payment is manually confirmed; all other orders are processed once payment is authorized.

6. Shipping

Shipping timelines and costs are shown at checkout and may vary based on your location and order contents. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has shipped, except where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery at ascend@arcpeptidesusa.com and we’ll work with you to make it right.

8. Affiliate Program

ARC Peptides USA offers an optional affiliate program for approved participants. Participation is governed by a separate agreement, our Affiliate Program Terms, in addition to these Terms.

9. Prohibited Uses

• Using the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable local, state, federal, or international law.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or our systems.
• Using any automated system (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site without our prior written permission.
• Reselling, repackaging, or misrepresenting products as anything other than research-use-only compounds.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the ARC Peptides USA name and branding, is owned by or licensed to ARC Peptides USA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written permission.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and all products are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARC Peptides USA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ARC Peptides USA is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
