Storage after reconstitution

Once reconstituted, a solution should be kept refrigerated and used within the window specified on its Certificate of Analysis, not indefinitely. Reconstituted peptides are meaningfully less stable than their lyophilized form, which is why timing reconstitution to match your actual research window matters.

Vials should be allowed to reach room temperature before opening. Opening a cold vial in a humid environment can allow moisture to enter during repeated freezer or fridge access, which is a common, under-discussed source of contamination and degradation.
